Hudson People – Trip To Your Mind – Music Video Insights
To mark its 50th anniversary, “Trip To Your Mind” by Hudson People finally gets an official music video. The video, shot largely in Berlin (with additional footage in Hudson’s current home of Palma) on Super 8 and Hi-8 for an authentic late-70s feel, stars Hudson himself alongside popping and locking dancer Jo “Poppahontas” Escobar.
Jo Tongo’s Legacy Forever Remembered
Jo Tongo aka Jojo L’explosif aka Joseph Ekambi Tongo Mpondo passed away on Friday, February 20, 2026, at 8:40 a.m. at the Hôpital Européen Georges-Pompidou in Paris after a short illness. His death was unexpected and leaves an immeasurable void in the lives of his family, friends, and all who were touched by his art.
